Our Emotional Literacy Programme (ELP) is targeted at children aged 6-8 and 9-11 years old who do not exhibit any specific difficulties but find certain aspects of socialization challenging including friendships and managing their own emotions.
The ELP supports children to develop the ability to understand and express emotions, have self-awareness, and regulate their emotions. The programme also focuses on friendships, particularly on how one can form and maintain such relationships.
The ELP is 13 sessions long and includes 1 individual meeting/evaluation of needs, 12 group sessions & 1 Handbook
